• Free of charge for 1 child under 12 years sharing with family and utilize existing bed.
• Check in is 14:00 and Check out time is 12:00 (noon).
Extra Charges for late check out before 18.00 hr. = 50% or after 18.00 hr. = 100% of the rental rate.
Early check out : Unused room nights are not refundable for early departure unless notice is given to hotel at least 3 days prior to arrival.
• Meal Rate per person/meal : Breakfast Bht.150 || Lunch Bht.180 || Dinner Bht.250
50% Discount on meal rate for children age 4-12 years old.
• Cancellation
In the event of cancellation after reservation has been confirmed, the following cancellation charge are payable.
1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.
2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 5 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge will be levied.
3) No refund in case of guest's no show.
