RESERVATION POLICY
ACCOMMODATION-ONLY RESERVATIONS
Reservations are to be guaranteed by payment at 50 % deposit
at the time of booking, by credit card or bank transfer within 7
days, otherwise the booking may be released. If a reservation is
cancelled 14 days or less prior the arrival date, 100% of the
deposit will be non-refundable.
RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ARRIVAL
Reservations made 7 or less days prior to the arrival date are
to be paid in full at time of making the reservation.
RESERVATIONS FOR ARRIVAL FROM 24th DECEMBER 2005- 10th
JANUARY 2006
Prepayment for the full stay is to be received within 7 days
of making the reservation by either bank transfer or credit
card, otherwise the booking may be released.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made in writing. A written
cancellation number will be issued and must be retained by the
client if a refund is to be processed. Refunds will be made
either by bank transfer or to the credit card to which the
deposit was charged.
